“ I love this Tremont really friendly staff and after me and my family get our massages across the street we usually come for a nice warm coffee It's a very chill environment and I love the theme and style! ”
“ I usually have great service at Tremont. I love to come here because they offer MANY sugar-free syrups, fabulous drinks and the baristas know me as I frequent here often enough. Unfortunately, on Saturday, at The Tremont in N.Canton I was the only person waiting in line - 1 car in the drive-thru, and there were 3 baristas behind the counter plus a person on the drive-thru. 2 of the baristas saw me waiting; and didn't acknowledge me - Say ANYTHING! They kept talking to each other about one losing his Ray Ban sunglasses. Didn't turn around to even smile, or say we'll be right with you. Then when the barista did come to ask me for my order, she didn't smile, ask me how my day was going, or ask if I had a rewards number- which I do. She also looked like she had just climbed out of bed and arrived at work. Huge lounge pants and an oversized t-shirt, unkempt hair that hadn't been brushed. A casual workplace is wonderful; but her attitude and attire weren't on point for your wonderful community-based coffee shop. I'm sure you have a dress code.. even if all your employees wore your skull Tremont Coffee Shirts, that would be a great casual look. ”
“ Since Tremont Coffee put a branch in North Canton, my wife and I visited today. I ordered their Mocha. It was good but very sweet. Almost like a hot chocolate. Atmosphere was great but the temp was a little too warm for the day. They have one unisex restroom. It is a lot like Starbuck's. They have a great display and menu. I will be going back. Bought a gift card for a Christmas present. ”
“ I've been to many coffee shops in my time and Tremont in North Canton is the BEST. We are generally there on a weekly basis and the drinks are ALWAYS consistent and tasty. Try the frozen Raspberry Moonshine and iced Smores. They are amazing. The baristas are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always make you feel important. We were there on my birthday this week and my favorite barista Hayden wrote Happy Birthday on my cup and the "Dream Team" (Hayden, Zay, Belle and Hannah) sang Happy Birthday to me!!! What a sweet touch to making my day even more special. We've told many of our friends and family about Tremont and they also love it there!! ”
